Public Act 11-52, An Act Mandating Employers Provide Paid Sick Leave to Employees, requires most employers with 50 or more employees, to provide service workers up to 5 paid sick leave days per year. 
 
The Department of Labor has published guidelines on their web site to assist employers with compliance.  View the DOL guidelines here.
