J. Timothy's is looking for experienced line cooks: training of our menu will ensue, but applicants MUST have prior cooking skills/knowledge, kitchen readiness, and the ability to work nights, holidays and weekends is a must. Knowledge of MICROS ticket systems is a plus. Applicants must acclimate to our kitchen in a positive & productive manner, and need to have the right attitude, work ethic and positivity to work in a very high volume restaurant.
