The CRA held its Annual Salute to Excellence Awards Dinner on Tuesday, November 27 at Mohegan Sun Casino.  Over 300 people from all sectors of Connecticut’s restaurant industry were on hand to celebrate the many honorees- from Restaurateur of the Year and our newest inductees to the Hospitality Hall of Fame, to Caterer of the Year and Chef of the Year.  It was an exciting evening of camaraderie and networking.  Below is a full list of our 2012 honorees.  Also, check out the fabulous photos taken by Chris Harrison of Micros, thanks Chris!  To view all of the photos, click here.
