Education & ServSafe
Education of our members is key to CRA's commitment to the advancement of the hospitality industry. As part of that commitment, the CRA offers weekly ServSafe courses throughout the state. ServSafe certification satisfies the state regulation that every food service operation is required by the State of Connecticut to employ both a Qualified Food Operator and an Alternate.

The CRA also promotes advancement of the industry through the support of the ProStart Program. ProStart is a two year culinary and management program for high school students. Learn more about ProStart here.
