capitalsmallOne of the most important roles of the Connecticut Restaurant Association is maintaining a vibrant presence at the Connecticut State Capitol. 

 

Each year the legislature meets in the spring to introduce new laws and without a vigilant Government Affairs Committee the restaurant industry would be at risk of facing new and unwanted mandates. 

We urge all of our members to take an active role in Government Affairs.  Whether you would like to serve on the Government Affairs Committee or can be available to make phone calls and send emails when key legislation is pending, our legislators respond best when they year from the restaurateurs in their districts.
