Representing the restaurant industry requires that the Connecticut Restaurant Association adopt positions on important issues and debates within the legal, governmental and societal environments. The positon of the CRA on any issue is developed after careful analysis of the facts is conducted by the staff and presented to the association's Board of Directors for consideration and evaluation.
