WHAT IS PROSTART WEEKEND?
ProStart Week raises funds to support the future of the hospitality industry. ProStart is a high school culinary program that reaches over 2,600 students in 21 high schools in Connecticut. Your participation and donation will support culinary education in Connecticut.
We recently spoke with Bryce Hardy, owner of The Charles and Bake Market in Wethersfield, about his participation in ProStart Weekend, why he chose to participate and how he helped raise over $1,000 at his restaurant in 2023.
