Location: Fairfield County, CT & Westchester County, NY

Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour + Weekly Bonus Potential

Job Overview

As a Foreman / Lead Technician, you’ll lead a two-person crew providing professional cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, filters, ducts, and fans) according to NFPA 96 standards. You’ll run nightly service routes, manage job quality, oversee safety, and be the face of Kitchen Guard at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service commercial kitchen exhaust systems overnight
• Set up, clean, and break down job sites efficiently and safely
• Lead and train route technicians
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles Manage inventory and supplies
• Document service details and customer conditions
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols
• Solve problems on-site and communicate effectively with customers Mentor and train Techs 

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on rooftops
• Able to work overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
• Experience leading a small crew (preferred)
• Hands-on mentality — willing to work alongside team
• High reliability and customer service focus 

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry 50 lbs. over 100 feet
• Stand, squat, and bend for up to 10 hours
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Comfortable working in kitchen and rooftop environments

Experience: Service technician: 3 years (Required)

Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute: Stamford, CT 06902 (Required)
