  • Clubhouse on Main isn’t just a bar and grill — it’s a 9,000 sq ft entertainment venue that blends sports simulators, axe throwing, arcade games, and a full-service kitchen and bar to deliver something entirely unique. Since opening in late 2023, we’ve built a killer team, a loyal guest base, and a business model with serious franchise potential. We’re now looking for a culinary leader who’s excited to take our menu, kitchen, and systems to the next level. Someone who doesn’t just want a job — but wants to be part of building the next Buffalo Wild Wings-style franchise from the ground up. What You’ll Do 

  • Run the kitchen - Oversee daily operations, maintain food quality, and lead by example Elevate the menu 
  • You’ll have full authority to improve, create, and innovate high-quality bar food that keeps people coming back Drive results 
  • Track and hit food cost targets, reduce waste, and increase food sales through smart planning and collaboration with FOH Train the team 
  • Develop and lead a BOH team that thrives under your leadership, while helping FOH understand and sell the menu Build systems 
  • Help us design SOPs and scalable kitchen workflows that we’ll use in future locations
  • Grow with us – As we expand, your role can evolve into Executive Chef, Franchise BOH Director, or more — if you want it

Who You Are

  • Experienced chef or kitchen manager who’s run a kitchen before
  • Passionate about scratch cooking, even if your recent work has been more production-based
  • Knowledgeable about food cost control, inventory, and ServSafe compliance A creative thinker who loves menu development and knows how to make bar food stand out
  • Natural leader who can train and motivate others without micromanaging
  • Organized, clean, and driven by pride in your work
  • Excited about the idea of building something big with the right team behind you 

Bonus if You…

  • Have experience with high-volume kitchens or scaling systems
  • Can build relationships with vendors and help with sourcing
  • Have trained FOH on upselling food or collaborated on specials and features
  • Are looking for a career, not just a paycheck
