Line Cook - Dudleytown Brewing Company.

The line cook is a key member of our kitchen staff and plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of service. Line cooks are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with our standards. This position demands the ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume cooking environment. Past experience in working with a wood fired pizza oven is preferred but not required.

Key Qualifications include but are not limited to;

  • Available to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays 
  • Capable of multitasking effectively under pressure and in a fast paced environment 
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, including moving safely around kitchen obstacles and through varied floor surfaces
  • Proficiency in preparing menu items consistently and appropriately to the recipe and customers requests 
  • Follow established procedures for handling food allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure customer safety 
  • 1+ years of wood-fired pizza experience is ideal, but we are willing to train!
