ServSafe Alcohol is vital, practical and current responsible alcohol service training; assuring everyone has the training they need to serve alcohol responsibly. Lessons cover essential information, including alcohol laws and responsibilities, evaluating intoxication levels, dealing with difficult situations and checking identification. ServSafe Manager
The ServSafe Manager program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks you do every day. All restaurants in Connecticut are required to have a certified food protection manager on staff.
ServSafe Manager classes are offered weekly at locations across the State, with additional classes offered periodically in Spanish. Study guides are available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Korean. Price includes study guide, 6 hour instruction, exam and lunch. Online options also available.
ServSafe Sexual Harassment Prevention
ServSafe's 2-hour online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training offers restaurant-specific content from a respected leader in foodservice training. This cost-effective, on-demand training fulfills state requirements and can help you create a positive workplace, protect your employees, and protect your business. This course is available in English & Spanish.
