The Hospitality Advocacy Fund (HAF) supports CRHA's issue advocacy and education efforts, helping ensure restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses have a strong voice on legislation, regulation, and public policy affecting our industry.
The Hospitality Advocacy Fund supports our mission to educate and engage Connecticut’s hospitality community on the legislative issues that impact our industry. Unlike PAC contributions, donations to the Advocacy Fund may come from either personal or corporate sources. These funds are strictly used for non-partisan educational activities, such as policy briefings, issue awareness campaigns, and resources that help employers and employees understand how proposed laws affect their businesses.
The Hospitality Advocacy Fund cannot be used to support political candidates, campaigns, or political parties. Instead, it empowers our association to provide clear, accessible, and timely information that strengthens our collective advocacy efforts and ensures the hospitality industry’s voice is heard at the State Capitol.
