ProStart October Virtual Bakeoff 2025

It's time for the October ProStart Bake Off Challenge! 

Submit your final product by "Registering" for the competition above! 

CONCEPT

In this competition, your flavor concept is the creative inspiration behind your muffins. You must incorporate at least one fall ingredient-such as pumpkin, apple, cranberry, cinnamon, maple, or sweet potato— into your recipe.

VIDEO CREATIVITY

In today's digital age, video is a great way to share your culinary journey! Create a 1-2 minute video that showcases your baking process, ingredient choices, and final presentation-bringing your flavor concept to life and helping the audience and judges connect with your creation.

PRESENTATION SKILLS

Muffins should be decorated or garnished in a way that reflects the fall season-such as warm colors, leaf shapes, or caramel drizzle. In baking, presentation is key; since we eat with our eyes first, your muffins should showcase thoughtful use of color, texture, arrangement, and overall visual appeal.

STEP 1

Students will form teams of 1-2 people to design and create a muffin that fits the competition concept.

STEP 2

Throughout the process, teams will create a 1-2 minute video explaining their idea and showcasing their process.

STEP 3

Once their video and photos are completed, teams will send their submissions to:

Once chosen, winners will be notified via email and given a $25 gift card to choose from.
