Uconn SPP Internship
With the Connecticut Restaurant & Hospitality Association (CRHA)
The UConn School of Public Policy's internship program with the Connecticut Restaurant & Hospitality Association (CRHA) offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a statewide trade association and its educational foundation, both serving Connecticut’s $20B hospitality industry.
Interns play a key role in member engagement and planning signature events, while also supporting education and workforce development initiatives through the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation (CHEF). The internship also provides exposure to legislative advocacy and allows students to apply their public policy education in a dynamic, real-world setting while building meaningful professional networks.
