What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)
- Prep, cook, and plate our signature menu items with speed and precision inside our custom food trailer.
- Own your station: Keep it ultra-clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Work fast and smart alongside the FOH team to keep tickets flying out smoothly during peak hours.
- Assist with prep work (chopping, slicing, batching) and keep tabs on inventory so we never run out of the good stuff.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability is #1: If you say you’re going to show up, you show up.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-casual kitchen, food truck, or catering environment is preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
- Skills: Solid knife skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure during a Friday night rush.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
