As we approach the end of 2025, on behalf of the Connecticut Restaurant Association, I want to thank you for being part of our vibrant hospitality industry here in Connecticut.

2025 was a milestone year. We broke records at the 2025 CRAZIES, welcoming more industry professionals than ever before and celebrating the incredible talent and dedication across our state. We also worked tirelessly at the Capitol, successfully pushing back against harmful legislation while advancing proposals that support restaurants and hospitality businesses. This work will continue into 2026 and beyond.
Looking ahead, our Foundation, the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation, remains focused on the future of our industry. Through education, workforce development, and scholarship programs, CHEF is creating pathways for growth, sustainability, and long-term success. We invite you to support this important work by considering a donation to the Foundation this holiday season. Your contribution directly funds critical programs and educational initiatives that invest in the next generation of hospitality leaders.
