Dough Shaper - Square Peg Pizzeria

We’re looking for a part-time Dough Shaper to help with our mass dough production. This is the perfect job for someone looking to pick up extra hours or make additional income — ideal for someone who wants to come in, get the job done, and head out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and portion dough to standard specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace

• Follow basic food safety and handling protocols

• Communicate any issues with dough quality or equipment

• Work efficiently to complete daily production

What We’re Looking For:

• No previous dough or bakery experience required (training provided)

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must speak and understand English; ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

• Dependable, focused, and self-motivated

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-time position; schedule to be determined

• Typical start time is 8:00 AM with end time based on production completion

• Some weekend availability required
