FOH Retail Bakery Lead - Sweet Maria's Inc.

Do you love food but hate restaurant hours?

Experienced food service professional needed for award winning retail bakery. Front of the house ( FOH) assistant needed for heavy customer interaction, as well as organizing flow of bakery orders and products.

• Must be dependable, friendly and able to work with kitchen staff and managers. 
• Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience in food service/bakery/restaurant service and management.
• Associate degree in culinary arts a plus. Will train the right candidate.
• Must have an enthusiasm for the industry.
• Must love cake! 

Hours:

• Wednesday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm.
• Saturdays 8 to 2.
• Sundays 8 to 12.
• Must have full availability for holiday shifts and seasonal spikes.
• Responsible for opening and closing.
