AM Sous Chef - The Charles
The Charles is seeking a motivated and career-driven AM Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to learn, grow, and develop under a strong and collaborative team.
The AM Sous Chef will learn and master The Charles’ high culinary and hospitality standards while helping ensure those standards are consistently met in daily operations.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Full-time availability
- Current ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong ability to follow directions and execute recipes with precision
- Solid understanding of hospitality and professional kitchen culture
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a respected restaurant
