Alcohol To-Go Legislative Priority Survey

The Connecticut Restaurant Association was successful last session in passing Alcohol-To-Go Legislation for our industry, but this new law has a sunset that will expire in June 2024. Over the past year, more than 16 states have already passed legislation to make this permanent for their industry and an additional five states are looking to do the same in 2022. Many of you have expressed support in making this Law permanent in Connecticut and we need your help to update the law. Please fill out the following survey below:
