ProStart Students Showcase Their Skills!
Culinary students from Norwich Free Academy represented the ProStart Program at Night at the Capitol!
The students did a fantastic job, and served up smoked polish kielbasa with a braised red cabbage, potato & cheese perogies with horseradish sour cream & chive oil, and lemon meringue pie with strawberry coulis.
This event was an excellent opportunity to highlight the program and the impressive talents of ProStart students!
Connecticut has 24 schools enrolled in the ProStart program across the state, with over 20,000 students participating in culinary classes over the past 10 years. Learn more about ProStart here.
